Interview
It was a group interview as Accenture had come for mass recruitment on campus. Since I was from non CS background the questions were quite simple. The questions were more related to the final semester project work, and some behavioural questions. We had only 1 round of interview after clearing the assessment round.
Applied in Accenture Career Portal with no reference after a month , got shortlisted for screening followed up technical round in 3 days , Same day i received HR call for Salary discussion
For starters, they throw the common questions on your experience and technical background. Sometimes they deep dive, especially if the position is higher. Interviewers also throw situational questions to assess critical thinking and collaboration aptitude.
Interview process is superb! Manager joined the meeting on time and was very chill. Recruitment processes clarity is needed. They can be unresponsive at times and just schedules interviews without proper coordinatiion.
