first was an HR phone interview then weeks later got an email for a final round interview with 2 interviews with seniors managers then got call that i got the offer

2 hours back to back interviews, split into 1 hour behavioural, 1 hour case study.
Case study must be prepared ahead of time and is about a technology application of your choosing

A couple of weeks later got scheduled for the final interviews. Back to back 1 hour interviews, first interview is a pitch deck style presentation where you have to present about a technology of your choosing. The second interview is just more behavioural questions.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Accenture (Tampa, FL) in Oct 2023

Very long process with little communication. 0. Applied 3 weeks later 1. Phone resume review with recruiter 2-3 weeks later 2. 2 Final Interviews. Presentation and a "technical interview". Technical interview was just behavioral. 3 weeks later Rejection
