Fairly straightforward 3 rounds: phone screen with hiring manager, half-day technical with would-be coworkers, final round with HR, hiring manager, and people you’d be working close to. Everyone was personable and polite and smart. The technical interview was appropriately challenging - it was conversation style and mostly “how would you solve this problem” type questions to gauge engineering instinct. Final round was cultural fit and some amount of technical, but more along the lines of what I’ve done in the past and talking through my decision-making process for technical choices.
