Had two separate interviews for two different corporate jobs in the home office…the recruiter was nice enough but the HR leaders I interviewed only ever worked for Academy. Interviewed and ghosted for both and this was by HR for higher level HR positions…my company actually hired someone from Academy HR and they literally lasted a week, they were that bad…I‘l never interview with them and only shop at Dick’s even though Academy is closer to my house.
