I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Abercrombie & Fitch (Columbus, OH) in Nov 2020
Interview
Started off doing a quick pre recorded interview, then had 2 interviews (one with a designer and one with HR). After those interviews, I was asked to do a project for one of the brands (4 looks total). After submitting the project, there were virtual home office visits which were 2 full days. The first day was them kinda selling us the company with different activities and panels. The second day was mostly interview (4 hours of 3 interview and 1 pre recorded interview). In those interviews you go over your project with various staff. Overall, everyone was super nice! Just show them that you want to work for the company and they love it when you ask good questions! The process for me took a total of about 6 weeks. They get back to you pretty quick for the first couple of rounds, but after the home office visit, expect about a 3 week wait.

Question 1

What brands do you think are doing great/trendy things?

Interview
A little ridiculous to have to go through a round of digital interviews before actually speaking with someone. Recruiter was very friendly and open however, but Abercrombie doesn’t take in many new people unless they’re coming from their internship trainee programs.

Interview
I got through the first two rounds of the interview. Round one was a video interview were you record your self answering questions. The second round was a basic phone interview. The third round was going to be a tour of campus and interview with multiple. directors.
