AUROTECH interview questions

interview process took four months. It was a lot of back and forward, meeting in md and dc. Lots of changeover. Questionnaires, essays, interview with multiple people. It could have taken three weeks if organized internally better. There were different agendas amongst leadership which made it difficult to understand their overall goal, when everyone had their own personal mission.

It was straight forward. Most of the questions were related to personal development and technical skills. They did provide me enough time to think for solution. One of the quickest interview i ever had in my career.
