Initial interview was a behavioral interview on-campus with a company recruiter. Second round was a phone interview with the hiring manager and was part background and technical.

Interview
Applied for job through university job search site. Was offered an opportunity to speak with one AT&T employee. Had an initial face to face interview followed by a phone interview (total of 2). Important to know to about the company and the industry as well as any relevant news that was had recently occurred.
I had a great impression of the two people I talked with. They seemed very much committed to the company and their reasons for staying with the company was the values and the work variety.
