By sending resume from the web site or come and fill up the form at any Aeon branch throughout Malaysia. Once HR interested, they will call you for an interview. Please be prepare of basic knowledge for what you are applying for as the interviewer will be the Head Of Department and success rate is by the way you answer the question. Please also be neat and tidy and shave for man.

The interview was together with the manager, senior manager, and HR executive. The HR executive started off by asking background questions, and the manager and senior manager took turns to ask on work related experience.

Resume submitted through referral within the organization. A phone screening done by HR, then virtual interview was conducted. Total 1 round of interview with the hiring managers around 1 hour. The entire hiring process took almost 5 weeks. I was offered the position at the 6th week after submitting the resume and making the application.
