The total process was very quick. Posted for position and was called within one week. The recruiter called and set up appointment for discussion.
Had 3 separate interviews that included a peer, manager and senior level leadership.
Offer was made within 8 days of interview. Total time from beginning to end was 4 weeks.

Two interviews - the first was with the recruiter and the second was with the director/hiring manager. Overall a good interview experience - 30 min screening and about an hour interview with the director. Very conversational and low pressure.

Relaxed and informal. Slow process though - I had to follow up a few times. I wound up with another offer elsewhere and withdrew from the process. Everyone seemed kind and willing to train to increase payroll knowledge.
