Interview
A recruiter reached out to me and we scheduled a phone screen. The recruiter had explained that the phone call would be very conversational and wouldn't ask any interview-related questions. Two minutes later, they started hammering me with STAR questions (which is fine but why lie about the phone conversation being 'conversational'?) As he was explaining about the role, he seemed to have hated his job and sounded very monotone. Because of the fact that the actual recruiter seemed to not be enthusiastic about the company, I decided to part ways and not move forward with the interview process.
phone interview and then video interview. If you are near the office I believe it's a in person interview. Sometimes it takes a while to get the interview but if you are confident you would have good chances

It's been a while but I believe they asked the usual interview questions like describe a difficult situation and how you handled it. It's best to use the STAR method when answering questions.

Interview
The interview was good, and the hiring manager told me that I was very thorough and gave excellent responses, in addition to my relative experience. I was also told that I would be hearing back from the recruiter the same week. However I have not recieved any feeback or follow up about the interview from the recruiter, even after me following up with the Thank You letter and (3) follow up letters because I really wanted this job.. Still nothing from the recruiter. So Ironically I received an email survey from ADP recruitment, I left my rating and comment and wouldnt you know an hour after that I get another generic email saying they have moved on to other candidates.. Sighs.. these companies I tell ya.. SMH

Had to go through multiple rounds with standard interview questions. The only thing that was useless was the video interview, after the video I had an in person interview with the same questions.
