Why is diversity and inclusion important in a workplace setting?
Submitted my resume and was contacted directly by the supervisor. Asked for an interview and had an interview with the supervisor. Just asked some basic questions about your knowledge. Contacted by recruitment agency and settled the paperwork.
I applied through university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at 3M in Sept 2021
Interview
Since I was offered the interview after a job fair, this interview may be different than others. The interviewer asked me a few generic interview questions and then left 10-15 minutes to ask questions. I used up most of that time with the questions I had prepared.
