I had a screening call with their TA team first, and they were great. Thoughtful, familiar with my experience, and able to answer detailed questions about the job. They also had a thorough breakdown of what the job would entail ready to roll so I didn't have to ask. (All other steps in the process were over Zoom.)
Next, I met with the hiring manager for an hour, and they were also prepared with more about the team and who I'd be working with. Went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and keep the interview conversational.
After that, I had 2 x 1 hrs with business stakeholders and then an hour with someone I'd be working with daily. Then another 30 mins with the hiring manager to answer any other questions I had.
Every person I met seemed even nicer than the last. Above that, they were accomplished, insightful about the org and where it's going, and genuinely interested in my experience. It was the most comfortable interview process I've had and every step made me more excited about working with this team.
I received an offer but it would have been a positive experience either way. Run, don't walk, to a job here.
