While this could be argued to be highly technical - and in truth, is getting closer to web development than anything else I'd been asked - the interviewer didn't seem to understand the question even as they asked it. I explained that I'd worked with a few different frameworks and laid out what I liked and disliked about them. I also clarified that while I'd never used Vue professionally - again, the framework Aceable uses - I had already been researching it and was excited to use it. The interviewer couldn't tell me anything about their stack, what they used, etc. It could be said that being an HR rep, they don't need to know this, but it seems like this would make it difficult for them to write down my answers in a way that made sense or showed any amount of understanding. In other words, here was arguably the only technical question, and I could tell that the interviewer had little understanding or care about anything I'd said.
