Pros

The working environment is fantastic, the culture is very diverse and inclusive. My main job is to deal with different students, which makes me feel energetic and young as well. And it has very flexible working hours and for full time, you only need to work for 7.5 hours per day.

Cons

Re professional development, as all of the other tertiary education companies, it is relatively slower than other business organisations.
