- Friendly people - Steady working environment - Public sector
Cons
- Limited internal resources for staff. Most resources are prioritised for students, which makes sense but also creates frustration for staff from time to time - Lacklustre remuneration. Especially for contracted staff, you only can get benefits, such as health insurance, after two years - Lack of career progression and training opportunities - Some workers seem to be isolated from the IT industry for a while
