      Cons

      I went through three rounds of interviews, including technical assessments and a discussion with the manager. After successfully clearing all rounds, the HR representative asked for my documents and assured me that I would receive an offer to join the Noida office within 2-3 days. However, after submitting the requested documents, communication from HR completely stopped. Despite multiple attempts to reach out via calls and emails, I received no response. I even requested a simple update on my application status, whether selected or not, so I could move forward with other opportunities, but it has now been over 30 days with no communication whatsoever. This lack of professionalism and transparency is disappointing, and it reflects poorly on the company’s hiring process. Candidates deserve at least basic courtesy and clear communication.

      "Disappointing hiring experience at Tredence. Applied for Data Architect role. Process was unprofessional and lacked transparency: 4 weeks, 5 rounds (initially told 2 rounds) Job description changed midway Interview scheduled on Saturday Introductory meeting turned into surprise technical interview Abrupt rejection without feedback Despite my qualifications and enthusiasm, the process was disorganized and disrespectful. Tredence's data focus is admirable, but their hiring practices need significant improvement. Potential candidates should be cautious."
