Does Nordstrom offer massages?

Pros

The job itself is fairly easy and sales based. They give the National Stylist perks like team outings, occasional free lunches, work parties, free food, etc. The office space is nice, very Chicago loft style

Cons

Where to begin... the environment of the National Sales team feels like a repeat of high school/college; cliques, gossip, drama, etc. The hours are not fair even if you are promised a schedule change, or the one you requested. Sometimes the sales goals are unrealistic

Advice to Management

Pay your workers more, especially ones who have a Bachelors Degree. Also, listen to complaints/concerns and provide better work hours, especially for those who have worked at the company for 6mo-1 year.

They give the National Stylist perks like team outings, occasional free lunches, work parties, free food, etc.
