I worked with Indigo Consulting past 2.5 year did not find any cons company has lot of good project for bank. Flexible working hours management is very good. timely salary distribution. Good leave Policy.

Did not find cons but sometime taken leave is very difficult.

Advice to Management

Kindly awarded mid level and junior level employee in reward and recognition ceremony every quarter.

The HR is really supportive for actioning any employee queries. Salary is on perfect time. They have good opportunities.

Sometimes heavy pressure environment but it is normal in any organisation, the work load becomes tremendous during that time but manageable the peers will listen.

The workload should be divided in a systematic way.

Hr department is worst in indigo Long working hours ( 12hrs+ somedays) Salary delay. If you are thinking to join as freelance then dont join because salary will credit after 50+ days i got mine after 87 days of joining ( 67 days delay)

I am with Indigo since decade and started work with this company in 2011 as a Frontend Developer. It's really wonderful experience working here. -> Lot of opportunity to learn new things -> Helping and supporting colleagues. -> Great top level management -> Free work environments no restriction to explore new things -> If you are the right candidate then salary is not an issue. -> if you are a fresher then you have got lot many things to learn and explore here.The right place for you. -> Salary before end of the month. and the list will continue..

Advice to Management

I would just like to thank management for preserving such a good culture in our company, company has kept no restrictions on employee so the employee them self work with a feeling of belongingness. In indigo all the things are at right place...superb.
