Does Indigo Consulting offer parental leave?

Pros

WFH , flexibility of work , compensation , care for employees, maternity leave benefit etc.

Cons

1) your profile is something else and you do the work something else. 2) Being Manager you suppose to do the Sales job and Business Development Role as well which was not described in JD. 3) professionalism should be maintained while speaking from higher management. 4) High Pressure for getting business from client.

Advice to Management

Please justify the employee role and designation. its ok to learn new things if only employee is interested and willing to do. you can't force them to do the extra sales and Business Development work.
