- Compared to Max-Plank, due to the small size of the institute, it is difficult to expect a social network such as seniors. But the atmosphere is friendly thanks to this size. - Depending on the contract, but generally, you have less salary in return for less overhead of project or teaching. Nevertheless, it is typically okay for research positions.

Advice to Management

- Sometimes it feels like an outdated system, typical German administration with old employees in HR/Financial. But they work generally okay and kind.

But the atmosphere is friendly thanks to this size.
