Strong technical work and exposure to complex matters. You learn quickly due to the pressure.

Leadership is deeply ineffective and lacks even basic management capability. There is a clear disconnect between what is said publicly and what is practiced internally. “Open door” policies are referenced often, yet partners and senior leaders are routinely unavailable for days at a time. When contact is finally made, the interaction is frequently critical, dismissive, or disproportionate to the issue at hand. Management culture appears to be driven by control rather than support. Senior leaders seem more focused on identifying minor faults than developing staff or acknowledging strong performance. Constructive feedback is rare; disciplinary undertones are common. Even when work is completed competently and under pressure, the response is often to shift attention to something trivial or outside an employee’s control. There is little sense of mentorship, recognition, or genuine team investment. The overall environment feels reactive and punitive rather than collaborative or growth-oriented.
