Strict expectations, constant system updates.

Initially offered remote, salary position with great benefits

After a few months remote turned to hybrid, salary position became hourly with little to no opportunity for overtime and all benefits declined. Constant changes frustrating employees as well as customers, little to no communication between departments and MXP was the abyss for all merchant problems with no resolutions in sight

Lots of building from ground up- for some people thats great, others would not enjoy it

Clear favorites / boys club - which dictates promotions and opportunities On Calls 9am-6pm, and have to do your day job at night No investment in training, coaching, etc Women have to work 2x as hard to still be overlooked vs their peers as most upper management is men and there is a clear boys club

Good pay, people are generally very smart, people on the product team are technically savvy and good collaborators. The company has holistic engineering values. There’s a strong company direction. Pretty happy with senior leadership.

The performance bar is constantly moving, so promotions and raises are hard to get. People are regularly fired for not meeting performance expectations.
