Pros

The only reason if someone want to degrade themselves and think of working here is the work itself. The work is good here in some areas, you will get to learn. I am mainly talking about research... department.

Cons

Some of the worst internal policies: 1. Their IT team is absolutely rubbish. They will give you old laptop. Internet keeps getting disconnected. 2. You are being tracked on everything, I mean... everything. The apps you are working on, the screen you are viewing EVERYTHING. 3. Biggest: They track your every minute. They have an app running in background, which will freeze your screen if you stay idle for more than 7 minutes. Once you come back you will have to provided justification for where were you for 7 minutes. 4. They have blocked everything. You don’t even have a good PDF software. The paid version will not be made available to you. 5. Office is also very bad. No tissue paper in toilets. Also, very bad smell as soon you enter office and they don’t even do anything about it.
