★★★★★
I have been working at The University of North Carolina System full-time
Pros
Institution with access to lots of resources, able to draw upon a wide range of subject-matter experts, considerable flexibility in work schedule.
Cons
Overly bureaucratic institution that can be slow to change and makes certain relatively minor tasks more difficult than necessary, such as hiring for short-term work. Unfortunately ability to adapt... is limited by reliance on legislative changes.
