Not for people who expect rise pretty soon, the learning curve is steep but rising curve is a little flat

all decisions take months/years; too many managers; constant criticism of any and all decisions breaks confidence of competent people

Advice to Management

Increase employee to management ratios from 4 to 1 to 20 to 1.
