Current Employee - Executive Assistant

I have been working at Oliver Wyman full-time for more than 10 years

Pros

Fun atmosphere, lots of social activities Many opportunities for career development All support staff eligible for bonus pool

Cons

Change fatigue, must constantly adapt to continuing changes in tech systems, mgmt initiatives, office protocols. Barely learn one system before they revise and setup a new one

Former Employee - Anonymous Employee

I worked at Quick Release full-time

Pros

QR is a challenging and exciting place to work. From day one you will be thrown into a project that will stretch and challenge you. Each and every project that you work on will be different from the... last and there are always new skills to be gained. Despite QR operating on a global scale they have managed a create a close-knit, supportive, and high performing culture, which is reflected in the effort made to bringing the company together frequently and encourage collaboration. The calibre of candidates they attract is extremely high but they take care to employ people who are both high performers and sociable. As a result, they have succeeded in creating a strong company culture that embodies the “work hard, play hard” ethos.

Cons

Very few really. You may be required to work in different locations from time to time. Working at the client means you need to stay at the top of your project and also manage the client... relationship.

Advice to Management

Keep it up. Continue hiring high calibre employees and ensure that the unique culture remains as the company grows.
