I have been working at Money Management International full-time for more than 3 years
Overall, MMI does right by its employees, in many large and small ways, and recognizes employee service and achievement. MMI's management is receptive to new ideas and processes and, having worked... here a few years now, I'm confident that the organization is healthy and not one to stagnate.
Some teams are geographically dispersed. MMI does a great job of enabling social interaction, but some roles may be difficult for those in need of constant human contact or supervision.

Great for an entry level position. The pay is ok and the service they offer to their clients is great for those looking to get away from the big corporations.
The environment created by management is tense and stressful. The company's outlook is very outdated. They do not trust their own and employees and feeling appreciated is few and far between.
Advice to Management
You have the potential to be a great organization. Ease up on your employees and let them thrive. Engagement should be at the forefront for future development.
