Current Employee - Customer Assistant

I have been working at Lidl part-time for less than a year

Pros

Friendly staff, plenty of exercise, simple tasks, almost excessive breaks (never worked anywhere where i recieved a break on a 4 hour shift)

Cons

Organisation/efficiency leaves much to be desired (which is ironic as i considered them the opposite of this before i actually started working for them), working jobs in the given time frame can... often be difficult (unless you are in good shape).

Advice to Management

Relaying vital information to staff in customer facing roles needs to be improved, many times i will be asked something by a customer which i feel i should be able to tell them (i.e the reason why we... are out of a certain item and an estimate of when it will next be in stock). Or when a policy changes (i.e i only found out that we were stopping people from taking baskets out of the store, to prevent theft once i had observed other members of staff doing so, i was never directly told that).

Current Employee - Grocery Assistant

I have been working at ASDA part-time for less than a year

Pros

Good money and friendly staff. Very fair company.

Cons

Not many cons just can be tiring work.

Advice to Management

Keep up the good work :)
