Featured Review

Current Employee - Production Manager

I have been working at InnerWorkings full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

The company offers a very specific service to clients that is needed. I've also met some really great people through this company. Learned a lot in a "thrown to the sharks" kind of way.

Cons

HQ does a bad job of taking care of onsite employees. Extremely expensive medical benefits. Hard time retaining good employees as they are extremely overworked, under-appreciated, and DEFINITELY... underpaid. They cut down employees to the bare minimum and expect each person to do the job of 2-3 people. Once that doesn't happen, only come back when one person can't meet client needs all alone.

Advice to Management

Invest in your employees! People will work hard and stay committed if they feel like they have something to fight for. Find a way to give bonuses and submit yearly reviews by the end of the year not... 3 months into the next year. Reviews should actually mean something where there are incentives based on your performance.

Former Contractor - Design Specialist

I worked at Creative Circle for less than a year

Pros

Good job placement and efficiency

Cons

As good as freelance work can get
