I have been working at Rendall and Rittner full-time for more than a year

Pros

Overtime opportunities around different sites which could potentially place you in a more suitable team and location plus extra income.

Cons

Little involvement in new site development and staff support/guidance. The concierge here is easily expandable and not appreciated even though they are on sites 24/7 on site and have first contact... with residents and clients.
