What Employees Say
I worked at Be Interactive full-time for more than a year
It is great to work for a company that is open to new ideas and has a growing mindset. Management is dedicated to everyone’s development of job skills, personal goals and has an open-door policy, so... there is support whenever needed. They are so grateful and appreciative, and it's a truly wonderful feeling. I thoroughly enjoyed building relationships with the whole team. For anyone looking for an opportunity to progress in Sales and Marketing and/or acquire leadership, problem solving, time management and other skills this is a remarkable opportunity.
Work/ Life balance for Entry Level
I worked at Mckenzie Holland full-time
Learned/excelled my people skills, time management, perseverance, and public speaking. With this job, you have to learn how to stay positive, and when you do it honestly changes your outlook on life.
Crummy hours, bad pay (commission), stressful environment, and little room for improvement. The company culture is one where you are constantly surrounded by manipulative people who's sole job is to... convince you (along with themselves) that you belong there and this is the greatest thing since sliced bread.
Advice to Management
During interviews, do not just "sell" someone on becoming a door to door salesman, rather explain to them what you believe in and what exactly they will be doing and maybe employee turnover will... decrease.
