I have been here for a long time and have experienced all the change that other reviews mention. Although we had to make some tough decisions in 2023, I truly believe we are on a better path forward.... I have personally seen leadership continue to do the right thing and make the right choices. We have a big opportunity as a company and it’s exciting to see the investment in direct areas for improvement especially in product/dev. AppFolio is truly a special place to be and it is worth riding this wave!

Cons

As we grow, change is inevitable. Additionally there isn’t negotiation opportunities for the yearly increases. AppFolio is starting to encourage more in office attendance, please don’t lose the... remote flexibility.

One of the hardest parts of working for such a mission driven organization is that most people on the team are driven by doing great things for great organizations, that also means we have a hard... time saying No. An even harder time saying No to ourselves, we are Impatient to be Great which sometimes takes a toll for how tight our roadmaps are.
