Featured Review

Current Employee - Technical Account Manager

I have been working at Amazon full-time for less than a year

Pros

This is my week 4 and so far this has been the best on-boarding experience I had in my 22 years in the IT industry. There is a well structured plan when you first come onboard with a list of... activities and tasks you need to get done on your first weeks up to your 3rd month.

Cons

I have not encountered any so far, again it's my 4th week at work.

Current Employee - Auckland Business Unit Manager

I have been working at Zomato full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

It has an incredible journey of growth for both Zomato Auckland and me since 2015. Every day brings a new challenge and pushes each of us to improve and never accept the status quo. The best part... of working at Zomato is the people. We have built a strong, supportive and high-performance team culture. The team achieves amazing things in and out of the office by supporting each other.

Cons

This level of ownership and responsibility is not for everyone. If you want to work in a large team, doing the bare minimum to keep your job and collect a paycheck, do not apply. You must be a person... that is driven to succeed every day.

Advice to Management

The last 2 years have seen a positive, progressive approach to leadership within the organisation as well as a focus on positively impacting our communities. Keep walking these paths and we will... build something truely amazing.
