Guys , someone please guide me how should I prepare for Barclays full stack role with 9 yrs. It's a matter of marriage. Girl I liked much but she wants a guy with job in banking product based company only.I am serving np but offers from service industry only. This may be controversial, but I’ve seen cases where Indian leadership at the top can harm a healthy work environment through micromanagement, unrealistic expectations, and poor work-life balance, pushing teams beyond their roles while cutting costs. After our UK management handed control to a new director in India, the team has increasingly been made to feel like underperformers despite consistent effort. I don't know if anyone else has experienced this!
Heard it can be great with decent pay. Can't say what SDE 2 would be in terms of pay, though. I'm sure you can find it on levels or glassdoor
I have a friend who works at Tesco and he's really happy with the work environment. Not sure about the pay, though.
I've heard good things about them too but I don't have much to offer in terms of details. I would definitely check Glassdoor, that's my go to for gauging what salary I should be asking for.
Average would be about ₹25-₹30, but I don't know if Tesco pays competitively, better or worse.
Tesco is a pretty good opportunity! I don't think salaries ar super competitive but there might be room to negotiate
