She left her number for me to call and said she will call me back either from work number or her cell. No call back yet. Trying not to worry, but I want this job . I am continuing my job hunt while waiting to hear from her. My thinking is that if no call today, I may call her again tomorrow. Do you agree this is the right thing to do? Hello, I had an interview at a company recently for a TPM role. I completed all rounds of the interview process. The recruiter said they’d have an “update on the interview process” by end of week. I emailed them on Friday to follow up and they said: “Are you available for a phone call on Monday to discuss the next steps for the role?” What could this mean? Trying to look at this objectively and not to get too optimistic so I’m equally excited and nervous about this call tomorrow. Thanks!

Would advances in AI, make this job obsolete in 3-5 years? Do people enjoy this role? Would it be wise to jump from Operations/Support/Implementation to a NOC Lead role at a SaaS Collaboration / Tel comm company? Main part of the role is observability, working with P0 and P1 incidents, running bridges, running AAR/RCA’s, working with engineering teams on issues, escalating and engaging engineering/Ops teams when there is a P0/P1 stakeholders comms. Do not work for tellus digital or Tellus international it is a rip off job! I worked 106 hours last Sept October and November and never got paid. I still have the shared sheets file the contract and the last update was they are having problems with November payments. No one to talk to. Is there anything I can do to get this money back? Are there any call centers out there actually that their employees fairly? The company I work for always tears their employees down and promised incentives on their application. They never appreciate the hard work or multiple tasks assigned. Been with the same company almost 3 years and have been promoted but the only raises I see are when they are state mandatory.
