I came to Glassdoor to gain some insight from others on my company. It is odd that I can find no information on Arthur J Gallagher Risk Management. They are one of the largest brokerages in the world and nothing listed here? I can't be the first person from the organization to research through this site. I have a contract AE who has inflated his title on LinkedIn and his resume (Account Director) while applying for new jobs. Found out through backchannel contacts at a few agencies. Want to address it with him but also feel I should leave it alone so he can get out of my firm. I’m now wondering if he inflated his resume for me.
