EY-Parthenon can someone de-mystify EYP's team structure? Applied for role that says "this relates to UK Corporate and Growth Strategy only", and not Transaction Strategy and Execution (TSE), and then there's turnaround and restructuring strategy mentioned separately as the third core focus area. Website vacancies reference other teams, and some have "executive" roles and some consultant. What is what here? Also where's the place to be and where to avoid at EYP, and why? Ive heard some pretty rough stuff coming out of EY right now from friends and ex-colleagues, from those of you at EY is this a one time thing or do you guys think EY will be a risky place to go to for the near future?

Anyone have insights into the culture and health of EY-Parthenon? Additionally, insights into the Software Strategy Group more specifically? Differences between working in traditional big 4 tech consulting, versus working on software PE deals? Thanks!

Is EY-Parthenon still a T2 comparable to Oliver Wyman, Kearney , Strategy& ? Or are they closer to Deloitte and Accenture. Spoke with someone there saying they do strategy consulting but I’m not so sure anymore.

Applied to EY, when i look at my profile it says "we would like to move you to the next step in the process". I havent received any emails or anything, what does this mean and who can i reach out to

EY was just notified that all ranks in Consulting who received an annual rating of Progressing or below (~70% of the firm) will not receive an annual bonus this year.

Is there a trick to EY’s hiring? I can’t ever get past their hirevue questionnaire. Perfect fit for the role and am at Deloitte Monitor and previously PwC.

How is PwC’s Cyber Risk group? Debating between EY and PwC. I think EY sounds better though and is growing faster in technical areas.
