Hey peeps! What’s your go-to question at the end of an interview? In my experience, interviewers completely change energy depending on the question you ask at the end. For me, the best results came from questions that make them talk about themselves or their team naturally. One I used recently was: “What’s something about working here that ended up being better than you expected?” Somehow it turned into a 10 minute conversation. Basically, the interview got stronger after that point.
Growth Isn’t Always Comfortable One thing I’ve realized in my career journey is that growth often comes disguised as discomfort. The roles that stretch you, the feedback that challenges you, and the moments you feel uncertain—those are usually the turning points.
