Our VP mandated that all cameras must be on for every single internal Zoom call. No one is happy. We’re supposed to be hybrid now, but this feels like a passive-aggressive way to make sure we’re sitting rigidly at our desks in full business casual at home. How are you guys filtering out the fake job listings? I’ve applied to 20 different recruiter postings this month that look absolutely perfect, only to find out the roles don't actually exist. It turns out a lot of these agencies are just farming resumes to pad their databases and look active while hiring freezes are taking effect. It’s incredibly exhausting to tailor your resume and write cover letters for phantom positions that will never be filled.

Two things I want to eliminate from my life this fall: Driving Running errands I’m going to sell my car this summer and only use Waymo, Uber, and Lyft. I’m done. Sick of it. The future is here, so why not take advantage of the perks.
