Rejoined EY from my maternity leave. These guys mapped me to a project which is very hectic that I’m logging in by 10AM and logging off by 10PM. Its very hectic and has lot of calls in between. I told the person who is simply lopping me into not to pull me in as I have a small child and I just rejoined from work. Is there anyone we can talk to about this? Counselor or HR?

The management trying to strictly implement RTO without enough seats, parking etc. itself is controversial. But threatening people of rating impact if RTO is not adhered for 80% of weeks in a year is shocking. More absurd and atrocious is the fact that the 80% of weeks includes all leaves, holidays and exemptions!!!

Hello, Got a redeployment period of 1 month mail from talent team today. How serious it is and what should I do in this situation? Should I talk to my counselor or RM ?

What kind of lackadaisical approach is EY GDS following? They have implemented the RTO module just like that without any hints. Two things: First they don't have the courtesy to communicate in advance about this RTO module coming up If they couldn't do that, they don't even have the thoughtfulness to at least start tracking RTO after the announcement Utter lack of professionalism by a so called Big Four entity!

I received email to complete candidate information sheet (CIS) within 5 mins of completing tech - 2 interview. Does this mean i am selected?
