Hello All! I work as an associate at Bain ( BCN) and I'm looking for a job change. I've spent 5 years here and have a background in data analytics even though I come from a non tech background. I find myself really lost, I can't figure out which type of roles should I apply for, and which companies should I target. Need some career advice. After 6.7 years with one company (8.2 years total experience), I quit due to a toxic work environment and poor work-life balance. I was promoted 4 times, joining as an Analyst and leaving as a Manager, while helping the team grow from 8 to 40+ members. Despite a strong growth trajectory, I’ve been unemployed for 3 months and haven’t received a single interview callback. Feeling discouraged and unsure what to do next. Any suggestions?
