I am working in Deloitte USI. Due to office politcs, I am serving PIP right now. Initially I was putting more efforts thought tech lead and Manager will have some work ethics but they were trying to find loop holes and raising points on them, and even my coach is also from the same location, so she is also not putting my case fairly. Instead of wasting my energy fighting with them, now I've stopped putting more efforts from my end. My PIP end date is coming 8th July.
Need some career advice. After 6.7 years with one company (8.2 years total experience), I quit due to a toxic work environment and poor work-life balance. I was promoted 4 times, joining as an Analyst and leaving as a Manager, while helping the team grow from 8 to 40+ members. Despite a strong growth trajectory, I’ve been unemployed for 3 months and haven’t received a single interview callback. Feeling discouraged and unsure what to do next. Any suggestions?
Hi guys, I currently hold an offer from Deloitte USI for 15.3 LPA fixed + 1 Lakh joining bonus + 10% variable. Since then, I have received two new offers: EY GDS: 17 LPA fixed + 10% variable AutoZone: 21 LPA fixed My preference is to join Deloitte USI. I want to ask them to counter these offers, and I would be happy to sign if they can revise my fixed component to around 19 LPA. Given that I only have 10 days left in my notice period, what is the best way to approach HR for this negotiation?
I attended an interview and it went well. I informed the interviewer that I resigned from my earlier job due to location constraint resulting in health issues. I also mentioned the specific health condition. So I am looking for opportunities in a relatively nearby locations. Interviewer said : I am not convinced about your job change reason. Most of project no such monitoring. Its good to join.
9:30 hours shift. Time monitoring depend on project if you use client machine or Hcl
So if we have client machine then monitor ing not happened
