Hi Fishes, What Barclays gives in joining kit other than Laptop and charger? I have also heard that they provide WFH kit, what is there in this kit?
Hello Team, I'll be joining Barclays on 15th June. Wanted inputs on below points- 1. My designation on offer says Data and Records Partner BA4 or BA4 or equivalent. Will it be realigned? I was interviewed for Digital Services BA4 role. 2. Do they provide shuttle services? 3. Standard % of performace pay? 4. Appraisal cycle HR informed me- 5. My DOJ is before Sept so I would be eligible for 2027 appraisal. Is that true? 6. Salary for June+July would be paid in July. What is their salary cycle?
I tried contact us service on Barclays portal to check my interview status via chat option, they transferred my query to hr manager, she emailed me that hiring manager chooses the other candidate for the role, thank you for your time. I checked on profile my application status still showing interview undergoing. Very bad experience, they should inform candidates on time with feedbacks. Pls tell me I don't have the shots now for the job.
You can request an external screen…if you have occupational therapy needs then possibly a standing desk and special chair.
Is this applicable to India as well? Standing desk etc?
You will get laptop, charger, bag and headphone (welcome kit )when you join, then you can raise request for work form home kit which include mouse, keyboard and monitor.
