What is EY ‘s paternity leave policy and how long must you be there to get the full amount? Same question for KPMG also.

For EY 16 weeks paternity leave and they let you add on 3 weeks of flexible vacation on the back end for a total of 19 weeks. Used to need to be at the firm for a year to qualify, but they just changed it to effective immediately upon starting with the firm.
