Flexible working hours, free lunch every two weeks, free fruit, coffee machines, celebration cakes, and a friendly atmosphere! There are great social groups if you want to join them, and you can get a discount on nearby gym memberships as well. Also I've noticed that TradeMe look after their people as they progress through their careers - there is a lot of training and if you want to move in to another role within the company, you are generally supported in doing so.
Pay is not as competitive as elsewhere however the broader benefit package is quite attractive.
Great place to work, but pay below average and no career growth within the company
3 Slides, free lunch every second Wednesday and free drinks on Fridays. Amazing social groups too.
Trade Me isn't quite big enough to be considered a "corporate" so there is no health/dental insurance. But all the other usual good things and a whole stack of intangible things that aren't written in the contract, like free lunch Wednesday's, flexible working, stacks of training and opportunity to move into different roles
4 slide, pool table, foosball, free fruit, kegged craft beer, bonuses, training.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
