Time off was easy to get but other than that there really isn’t enough benefits to make a career out of, even if salary was liveable.

you can't get any of their benefits unless they regularized you. But that won't happen. they always cut hours and no chance for promotion even a lot of guest have been commending your great job.
The biggest benefit we got was 50% off most of the food items. Other than that there were no great benefits to working there. The training was also not great I learned how to do everything the first week of working
You can receive vouchers from management for free food if you work hard during your shift. No real benefits though
The best part was the discount you got for eating Mcdonlad's food anywhere in Canada not just your location.
